Creative works from Alisha Lange Photography are commissioned by a vast array of internationally known clientele for a variety of multimedia solutions ranging from photography services and e-commerce website website development to music marketing and cinematography. Her earlier work can be found in publications such as The Source Magazine, XXL, Twenty4Seven Magazine, and Hood Illustrated to name a few. Alisha was the Director of Visual Arts for the Ohio Hip Hop Awards (OHHA), and worked closely with the Nerve DJs and United DJs Coalitions.

Several visual projects, directed by Alisha Lange, have been included in marketing campaigns for legendary musicians such as Machine Gun Kelly (MGK), Caine of The Life, DJ Paul of 36 Mafia, Nappy Roots, the Wu Tang Clan, Big Sean, MC Lyte, Bone Thugs N Harmony, Devin The Dude, KISS, Miguel, Schoolboy Q and Absoul of TDE, The Money Team for Mayweather Promotions, and various influential digital hip hop news media outlets.
